I will be riding my bike for 7 consecutive days. Of course, getting ready for this I feel like I am forgetting something.
The checklist.
- Bikes (race bike and back up race bike)
- Riding gear (helmets x 2, shoes x 2, lots of shorts, jerseys, and socks)
- Cliff Shots, Nuun electrolyte drink tablets, protein bars, and recovery drink mix.
- Ryders sunglasses, water bottles, and sunscreen
- Spare Maxxis tires, brake pads, chain, bike stand, and tools.
- Chain lube and so on.
It isn’t cheap to do these kinds of events but I feel it’s the right time in my life to do them. My participation in these events is made possible by the following:
