Today was hot. We climbed 5 really steep trails and descended 4 really fun trials. The day ended on a long steep climb up to Island Lake lodge. It is a beautiful spot and i highly recommend checking it out summer or winter.
Brian and I wore yellow leaders jersey today and were placed at the start of the race line up. It was exciting.
We rode smooth and steady today. We ended up 3rd for the day and we are now 2nd overall. We are looking forward to riding the Alberta side of the race. Brian's backyard.
I won't have any internet for the next 3 days so check the Trans Rockies web site for our results.
